Refund policy
Returns
At this time until we grow, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags on and must be free of hair, dirt, perfume, cigarette smoke and stains. Please email us if you have a return and we will be glad to help with the process.
Shipped orders must be sent back within 10 days of delivery date.
Local Pickup orders must be returned within 10 days of ready for pickup date.
Items that are considered Final Sale and not eligible for returns are:
Sale items
Undergarments such as bralettes and bathing suit bottoms
Earrings
Hats, headbands and beanies
Consumable goods-candy, chocolate etc
If an item that is sent back that is not eligible for return then you are responsible for the return shipping back to you. We will not issue store credit on ineligible items.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to wait for your item to be processed as a return and use your store credit to re order your size if it is available. Please be aware that our items sell quickly and your size may not be available to order but you are welcome to use your store credit on other items.
Damaged Items
We do our best to inspect items before they are sent out, however sometimes damages are missed. You have 3 days of receiving a damaged item to contact us in order to receive a full refund. Damages caused by removing the hang tags or when cutting the package open will not be accepted.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order after it is placed, only a store credit will be issued.
